After choosing to have our wedding in Kerala we found a few wedding planners through Google and from the hotel we had chosen to have our wedding at. We spoke to each one via email or a phone call and Vipin, one of the managing partners at EvenTree gave us the most confidence that he would be able to deliver the wedding we would want. I clearly remember he said to us on our first conversation that he would look after us from the moment we landed in Kerala to the moment we departed and he did just that.

The EvenTree team was in constant communication with us throughout the planning of our wedding here in England and when we visited Kerala a few months before the wedding he was at our beck and call trying to help sort out all the arrangements. The whole team are very practical, we were mindful of costs and he would do his level best to find us the best deal.

Our guests were so impressed with the team that they were treated like family and everyone so comfortable with each other. The whole team made every effort to get to know our guests and this is reflected in our wedding video and photos.

Every bit of feedback we gave to the team during the planning stages were actioned as soon as possible, from designs of posters, to the type of snacks we served at the wedding. If anyone is looking for a wedding planner in Kerala or India I would definitely recommend EvenTree.

When planning your “big day” you want to be reassured you’re in safe hands. My main concern when planning our wedding was about my father who is in a wheelchair, I wanted to make sure that he would be comfortable throughout the wedding period and adjustments had been made where possible. The team was able to arrange a mandap for us with a ramp so it was easy to move my dad on and off the stage.

In total we had 4 events, a welcome dinner, Mehendi, wedding and reception and we can’t thank EvenTree enough for their hard work and all that they did for our wedding.

If anyone needs help deciding on a wedding planner and is thinking about using EvenTree, do not have doubts, choose them!

Commendable phoography at our wedding along with an outdoor pre wedding shoot. Extremely cooperative and a very helpful team to work with.

Eventree did an excellent job putting together my daughter’s wedding reception in Ramada Resort, Kochi. They were especially helpful in making sure that everything ran smoothly. With very little input, they came up with many great ideas that they managed beautifully. They were also very co-operative with last minute changes, as any additional items I added, they took care of very professionally.

When my family and I started planning my brother’s wedding reception and cocktail party, I was particular about finding a company that would reach our expectations in three main things:
– Punctuality and apt time management
– Dedication and passion
– Creativity
I could see all of this within a week of communicating with Vipin, who was a pleasure to work with and extremely communicative, straightforward and clearly passionate. Furthermore, I was provided with a feeling that I could truly trust this team when it came to the events mentioned, given that the whole team is reassuring in their efforts and work. Everything has been completed absolutely beautifully – the guests’ comments are really endless! – and Eventree has truly reached and exceeded our three expectations.
For the cocktail party the creativity in what I’d asked for was spectacular, with the candid centerpieces and designs on the logos and photo backdrops. And as for the main reception stage and hall decor? Although I’d seen the designs beforehand, to see that particular photo come to life was magical, with the flower stuffing, and the intricate details in their lighting and stage setup.
Additional to this, we decided to have Eventree cover the wedding, cocktail party, and reception events in the photography and videography. Not only did we obtain some beautiful shots – the candid shots in particular – but the video coverage and the highlight video that was sent to us was just stunning!
There’s no doubt that you can’t go wrong when you choose to work with them! Eventree is not a company, they are a team, and this team is gold. 🙂

Rytis and I live in the US and came to India only a week before the wedding. Needless to say we were anxious, worried and stressed out because we had been far away from all the wedding planning. A couple of days before the wedding we went to look at our wedding location-Ramada Cochin. We met with Team Eventree and they seemed cool as a cucumber, had important and relevant questions for both of us and he brought ideas with him which was the most helpful since we had no clue what we wanted. We must have met for less than 30 minutes and then we met on our wedding day. We were in awe of what EvenTree did with the location. They created a mandap in the center of the garden and with the flowers and minimal decorations, brought the venue to life. They also topped it off by having a candid photographer take awesome pictures which are posted on the page. We highly highly recommend EvenTree. They are the most fuss free, professional event planners we ve ever met. Thank you EvenTree!!

When photography is concerned for an event like wedding in your life. We have to be very picky. Me and my Fiance searched almost everywhere in Kerala for capturing the most beautiful moments of our life. Some were pricey, some were not professional, some were rude to do business with, some were not considerate for our ideas. But must tell, all our worries were eradicated by EvenTree. Eventree and team are a wonderful set of people to work with. I had a wish that most of our pics should not be staged or pre-planned for better and natural expressions. They definitely had that perception in mind and made it as natural as possible.
Flexibility is EvenTree’s last name and Professionalism is their middle name. You just have to tell them how, where and when. Trust me the response would be without questions. Have to name a few wonderful people we met Shijo,Vipin, Anas, Manu, Dhanoop. These people have mastered their skills. And there are many who make this happen. EvenTree were the only one’s from the lot that we looked into which had great quality product in the price which suited our budget.

A wedding is undoubtedly the most special moment in a person’s life. As any other girl, I had been dreaming of a perfect wedding since like forever! The hunt for our wedding planners finally ended when I spoke to Vipin..We happened to strike a chord from the very beginning.. His commitment towards his customers was something that caught my attention. Discussing our wedding plans with Vipin always felt like planning our wedding with a family member. His personal approach in handling customers is something to look forward to. Since Neeraj and I live overseas with our families, we were a little skeptical of how things would finally end up on the wedding day. Vipin and other members of Eventree made sure both our sangeet and wedding functions went on smoothly. The decor and lighting on our sangeet was mesmerisingly beautiful! Apart from the technical side, which Eventree definitely outdoes many of its contemporaries, it is definitely their friendly and warm nature that is a point winner!
